The public library is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Library Refund policy
Please contact the library at 931-648-8826 and ask to speak to the Asst. Director or Director in the event that you feel that you are owed a refund for an online payment to the Public Library, or alternatively, email refunds@clarksville.org. Please provide complete information as to date of transaction, type of transaction, and reason for refund request. Refunds will be provided via a check issued by Montgomery County Government within 30 days of the refund request, if approved by Library management.
